I recieved the error message but did not consider that Adobe would shutdown an update server for multiple days I don't think this is common. The only way to read them is to update to cameras raw 6.4. I have a new Sony camera and Lightroom 3.2 and Camera Raw 6.2 will not read the raw files. I have been working all weekend (2 days) trying to determine why I was getting this error. I wish you would have made this eaiser to find from your help screens. I am doing a happy dance!!! Thankyou so much -Chrissie
